We use only NEW Seagate drives that come with a 1 year advanced replacement warranty, and a 3 year manufacturer warranty. Each drive is configured and formatted for the appropriate SGI computer. We test each drive on the SGI computer specified, then we ship it to you. Technical support is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.
